The position

The successful candidate will be required to :

  • Greet customers in a courteous and efficient manner;
  • Identify customer needs in an efficient manner;
  • Manage appointments effectively;
  • Ensure calls are handled and followed up with diligence;
  • Inform customers adequately about the various examinations, their costs and how they will be carried out;
  • Collect data to open files and update information in a timely manner;
  • Transmit information and documents to customers using the appropriate tools;
  • Carry out daily opening and closing procedures in accordance with established procedures;
  • Ensure the quality of various reports to be sent to physicians;
  • Manage mailings and correspondence to referring and referring physicians;
  • Ensure compliance of prescriptions received, process them and forward them to the customer’s file;
  • Receive payments and ensure collection;
  • Manage accounts receivable, pending quotes and insurance files;
  • Manage and balance the small.

Employment conditions and benefits:

  • Full-time position;
  • 5 days/week (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.);
  • Start date as soon as possible;

  • Complete training in sleep apnea;

Job requirements and qualities sought:

  • DEP in secretarial field or relevant experience;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French;
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field (an asset);
  • Bilingualism (an asset);
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field and/or experience in sleep apnea an asset (but if not… We’ll take care of it!);
  • Not a computer dinosaur.
