The position

The successful candidate will be required to :

  • Greet customers and identify their needs;
  • Manage appointments, calls and follow-ups;
  • Inform customers about the various examinations, their costs and procedures;
  • Collect data to open files and update information;
  • Transmit information and documents to customers using appropriate tools;
  • Open and close the clinic;
  • Ensure quality of various reports to be sent to physicians;
  • Manage mailings and correspondence to requesting and referring physicians;
  • Process information received;
  • Receive payments and ensure collection;
  • Manage accounts receivable, pending submissions and insurance files;
  • Other related duties.

Conditions of employment and benefits:

  • Full-time position, 38.5 hours per week;
  • Hourly wage between $21.00 and $26.00, depending on profile;
  • Start date as soon as possible;

Job requirements and qualities:

  • DEP in secretarial or other relevant experience;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written;
  • Adequate knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite software;
  • Comfortable working with a variety of IT tools;
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field (asset);
  • Reliability, organization, prioritization, autonomy and punctuality are important values for you.
