Support position for assistants and vacation replacements

The successful candidate will be called upon to fill in at our various service points in the Laurentians, but more frequently in Blainville, Boisbriand and St-Sauveur (paid mileage).

The position

The main role of the successful candidate will be to support the assistants at our various points of service:

  • Greet customers in a courteous and efficient manner and identify their needs;
  • Manage appointments efficiently;
  • Properly inform customers about the various examinations, their costs and how they will be carried out;
  • Manage mailings and correspondence to referring and referring physicians;
  • Receive payments, ensure cash receipts, manage accounts receivable, quotes and insurance files;
  • Manage and balance petty cash.,

Job requirements and qualities sought:

  • Relevant experience or courses in secretarial/office automation;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Must have a driver’s license
    Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written;
  • Adequate knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite software;
  • Comfortable working with a variety of IT tools;
  • Knowledge in the healthcare field (asset);
  • Reliability, organization, prioritization, autonomy and punctuality are important values for you.
