What is an Epworth test?

The Epworth test assesses daytime sleepiness by means of simple questions based on the propensity to fall asleep in various contexts. Although not scientific, it may suggest the need for a thorough evaluation to diagnose a sleep disorder.

Sleep laboratory

Our Blainville point-of-care has two comfortable rooms to welcome you for a complete polysomnography under the constant supervision of a respiratory therapist. The laboratory is at your disposal to analyze a number of important elements, including sleep stages, leg movements and muscle tone.

Annual monitoring

This appointment consists of reviewing your treatment data together, and making sure that everything is within normal limits.

During this appointment, we’ll take the opportunity to check your device at several points!

Night-time saturometry

This test involves recording the level of oxygen in your blood while you sleep. Depending on the results, a nocturnal cardiorespiratory polygraph may be considered.
