In fact, a study published in the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/jcsm.aasm.org\/journal\/jcsm\">Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine<\/a><\/em> found that individuals with a family history of sleep apnea are more likely to develop this disorder themselves.
